Are there any fees?

beehiiv takes 0% commission, meaning you keep all revenue from sales; you'll still pay standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) and any applicable taxes. There are no platform cuts on digital product revenue unlike our competitors.

Can I try beehiiv for free?

Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to core features. After your trial, you can keep using beehiiv on the free tier until you hit 2,500 subscribers. Once you pass that number, you can upgrade to a paid plan for higher limits and advanced tools.

How do I get paid?

beehiiv uses Stripe. When someone buys your digital product, the money goes to your Stripe account right away (minus Stripe's fees). Stripe then sends it to your bank:

First payout: usually 7-14 days while Stripe verifies your account.
After that: deposits land every few business days based on the schedule you set (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Can I create a storefront and connect it to my publication's branding and domain?

Yes. You can create a storefront with product pages that use your brand's colors, type, and logo, then host it on your own custom domain (or subdomain) alongside your publication.
